High season: July and August and school holidays in the Netherlands.
Low season rate: April, May, June, September and October.
Minimum stay in high season 7 nights, in low season 3 nights.
Arrival and departure days: High season: Arrival every Saturday from 16.00.
(Arrival before 16.00 is not possible, before that we are very busy cleaning everything for you).
Departure in high season before 10 am.
Arrival every day in low season (except Wednesdays) 4pm.
Departure every day in low season until 10.00 am.
The agriturismo is closed from 1 November to mid-April.
Included in the rates:
- WiFi
- towel set p.p.: 1 large towel, 2 medium sized towels and 2 small washcloths
- bedlinen per person at check-in
- in case of a stay of 7 days or longer, change of the towel set; 1 set p.p. per week
- electricity, water, and gas
- one kitchen towel set per apartment at check-in
- parking
- different seats etc. on the communal sun terrace. Please note that you’re not allowed to bring your own drinks here)
- use of the swimming pool, two sun loungers and a chair at the swimming pool for each apartment
- use of toys and games from the game cupboard
- use of the playground
- final cleaning
- tourist tax
Not included in the rates:
- extra bed (by arrangement) € 10 per night;
- heating (rate depends on current rates)
- interim change of towel package € 2,50 per package;
- interim change of bed linen (single bed € 7,50, double bed € 10,-);
- interim cleaning on request (€ 45,-);
- use of washing machine on request at the caretakers (€ 5,00 per wash);
- charging of electric car on our property. The costs depend on the applicable rates; (in Pontedera there is a 300kwh charging station)
- child/baby pack hire: baby cot with mattress and bedding, high chair, changing mat, bathing ring (with seat) and baby monitor € 20;
- beach towel/ham towel rental € 10;
- sandwich service in the morning
- participation in the dinner evenings / tastings (only when several flats are occupied);
- hot and cold drinks from our Cantina;
Payment
We apply two payment terms.
The first instalment is 40% of the rental price and must be paid within two weeks of receiving the invoice. This can also be done directly online via the website.
The second instalment is the remaining 60% and should be paid no later than six weeks before check-in. Payments are made via our bank account IT51H0842538171000031510241 in the name of Agriturismo Anna-Rosa Societa.
Invoicing takes place from our reservation system and offers online payment options that allow you to directly deposit (40%) and commit your reservation.
Deposit
At check-in we require a deposit of €200. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, less any costs incurred by the tenant.
Please note: To be on the safe side, please take out travel cancellation insurance, as we cannot make any refunds if you do not take part in the trip.
